Origin somewhere between Tijuana and Coolangatta Captain Frumunda is a semi-fictitious* somewhat elusive** character in quest of the ultimate adventures in life…………….
*Semi-fictitious- although Capt. Frumunda is a fictitious character all his tales are based on true stories and events with some of the names and places changed to protect the not-so-innocent. **Somewhat elusive- claims to be a loner but thrives on meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. Capt. Frumunda joins us in Spirit and always guiding our path.
CAPT. GREG BAMFORD
After escaping Corporate America in 2004 Capt. Greg move from Florida to San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua where he developed his long-time vision Mango Rosa | Adventure Travel & Surf Resort. Capt. Greg has traveled & lived extensively throughout the Florida, The Caribbean, Mexico & Central America in search of Big Game Sport Fishing, the Ultimate Wave, and the thrill of exploration. Launching Frumunda Travel on Nicaragua’s Caribbean Coast is a natural progression in the pursuit of his life’s passions. With over 45 years of experience above and below the seas surface, you are in good hands with Capt. Greg at the Helm.
